【摘要】：正患者女,45歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)右乳無痛性腫塊半年"就診。�？茩z查:兩側(cè)乳房對(duì)稱,右側(cè)乳房內(nèi)上象限觸及一大小約2.0cm×1.5cm腫塊,邊界清楚,表面光滑,活動(dòng)度好。左側(cè)乳房未見明顯異常。雙側(cè)腋下未觸及腫大淋巴結(jié)。超聲檢查:右側(cè)乳腺12~1點(diǎn)方向、距乳頭6cm處見2.7cm×1.4cm×2.2cm等回聲,呈非橢圓形,邊緣尚光整,邊界尚清,內(nèi)部回聲不均勻(圖1A),后方回聲增強(qiáng),病灶內(nèi)部及周邊見稍豐富血
[Abstract]:The patient, 45 years old, was admitted to the hospital because of "half a year of painless right breast mass". Special examination: bilateral breast symmetry, right breast upper quadrant touch a size of about 2.0cm 脳 1.5cm mass, the boundary is clear, the surface is smooth, the activity is good. There was no obvious abnormality in the left breast. The enlarged lymph nodes were not touched in the bilateral axillary region. Ultrasound examination: 1 point of right mammary gland, 2.7cm 脳 1.4cm 脳 2.2cm were seen from 6cm of papilla. They were non-oval, edge smooth, boundary was clear, internal echo was uneven (Fig. 1A), the echo was enhanced in the rear. Slightly abundant blood was seen inside and around the lesion.
