【摘要】：正孕婦,24歲,無(wú)業(yè)人員。既往月經(jīng)規(guī)律,此次妊娠為體外受精-胚胎移植(雙胎),整個(gè)孕期常規(guī)產(chǎn)檢,妊娠17周常規(guī)超聲檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)雙胎之一雙側(cè)下肢姿勢(shì)異常,膝關(guān)節(jié)最凸點(diǎn)與足跟位于同側(cè),反復(fù)多次觀察未見明顯改變,超聲提示:膝關(guān)節(jié)反曲?(圖1)。孕婦妊娠36~(+1)周,G_2P_0L_0臀位/臀位,收入我院行剖宮產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Pregnant woman, 24 years old, unemployed. In the past menstruation, the pregnancy was in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (twins). During the whole pregnancy, routine birth examination, 17 weeks of pregnancy routine ultrasound examination found that one of the twins had abnormal posture of the lower extremities, and the most convex spot of the knee joint and heel were located on the same side. Repeated observation did not see obvious changes, ultrasound hint: knee reflexion? (figure 1) Pregnant women 36 ~ (1) weeks gestation, G_2P_0L_0 breech / hip position, admitted to our hospital for cesarean section.
