【摘要】：目的:探討肝上皮樣血管內(nèi)皮瘤(EHE)的CT和MR表現(xiàn)。方法:回顧性分析8例經(jīng)病理證實(shí)的肝臟EHE的CT和MRI表現(xiàn)及臨床資料,總結(jié)其影像特征,8例均行CT檢查,6例同時(shí)行MRI檢查。由2位腹部放射診斷醫(yī)生共同閱片分析影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:8例EHE病灶均為多發(fā),緊鄰肝包膜下生長(zhǎng),直徑為3.0~150 mm。CT平掃表現(xiàn)為低密度;MRI平掃T1WI為低信號(hào),T2WI為高信號(hào)。動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)CT/MRI示≥3 cm的病灶增強(qiáng)后有向心性強(qiáng)化傾向,3 cm的病灶呈邊緣環(huán)形強(qiáng)化,門(mén)脈期及延遲期持續(xù)環(huán)形強(qiáng)化。另外肝臟EHE還顯示"包膜回縮征"(n=6)和"棒棒糖征",肝內(nèi)靜脈主干或分支終止于腫瘤的邊緣(n=6)。結(jié)論:肝臟EHE在CT和MRI上表現(xiàn)具有一定特征性,尤其是緊鄰肝包膜下生長(zhǎng),"棒棒糖征"、"包膜回縮征"及強(qiáng)化方式可為該病的鑒別診斷提供幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT and MR findings of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE). Methods: the CT and MRI findings and clinical data of 8 cases of pathologically proved liver EHE were analyzed retrospectively. The imaging features were summarized. All 8 cases were examined with CT and 6 cases with MRI. The imaging features were analyzed by two diagnostic abdominal radiologists. Results: all the 8 EHE lesions were multiple and grew next to the hepatic capsule. The low density was observed on plain scan with a diameter of 3. 0 ~ 150 mm.CT, while MRI showed low signal intensity in T1WI and high signal intensity in T2WI.
