【摘要】：目的通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的產(chǎn)前超聲測量孕中期胎兒第四腦室,測定孕中期胎兒第四腦室正常值。資料與方法常規(guī)超聲檢查516例孕齡為18~27周+6的單胎妊娠孕婦。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的第四腦室平面上測量胎兒第四腦室橫徑、前后徑、周長及面積。結(jié)果胎兒第四腦室切面于孕中期18~27周+6顯示率可達(dá)100%。不同性別胎兒第四腦室各測值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。各測值包括第四腦室橫徑、前后徑、周長與面積均隨孕周的增加而增加,呈正相關(guān)(r=0.374、0.378、0.387、0.379,P0.05)。結(jié)論通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的第四腦室切面測量,得到第四腦室正常值,可作為臨床判斷胎兒第四腦室大小的參考值。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the normal value of the fourth ventricle in the second trimester by standardized prenatal ultrasound. Materials and methods routine ultrasound examination was performed in 516 pregnant women with single pregnancy at the gestational age of 18 to 27 weeks. The transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, circumference and area of fetal fourth ventricle were measured on the standard fourth ventricle plane. Results the display rate of fetal fourth ventricle section was 100 at 18 ~ 27 weeks after gestation. There was no significant difference in the values of the fourth ventricle between different genders (P0.05). The measured values, including the transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, circumference and area of the fourth ventricle, increased with the increase of gestational week, and were positively correlated with each other (r = 0.374 ~ (0.378) ~ (0.387). Conclusion the normal value of the fourth ventricle can be obtained by the standardized measurement of the fourth ventricle, which can be used as the reference value for the clinical judgment of the size of the fourth ventricle of the fetus.
