【摘要】：正病例男,59歲,因陣發(fā)性神志恍惚4d、視物模糊2d入院。查體:神志恍惚,精神差,反應能力減低,被動體位,查體不合作。雙側(cè)瞳孔等大正圓,直徑約3 mm,光反射消失,眼球各向活動檢查不配合。腹壁反射、肱二頭肌及肱三頭肌反射、雙側(cè)膝腱反射正常對稱。雙側(cè)巴彬斯基征陰性。腦膜刺激征陰性。既往史:2014年3月在外院行膀胱惡性腫瘤切除術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The patient, 59 years old, was admitted to hospital for 4 days because of paroxysmal trance and blurred vision for 2 days. Physical examination: trance, poor mind, reduced ability to respond, passive posture, uncooperative. Bilateral pupil isometropic circle, about 3 mm, diameter light reflection disappeared, eye movement in all directions do not cooperate. Abdominal wall reflex, biceps brachii and triceps brachii reflex, bilateral knee tendon reflex normal symmetry. The bilateral Babinsky sign was negative. Meningeal stimulation sign was negative. Past history: bladder cancer resection was performed in March 2014.
