【摘要】：正冠狀動脈瘺是一種罕見的先天性心血管畸形,以往臨床診斷常依靠冠狀動脈血管造影,但因其具有創(chuàng)性,費用高不能常規(guī)應用。隨著彩色多普勒超聲診斷技術(shù)的提高,超聲對冠狀動脈瘺的診斷價值逐漸顯現(xiàn)。本研究分析7例經(jīng)冠狀動脈血管造影證實為冠狀動脈瘺的超聲心動圖表現(xiàn),探討其對冠狀動脈瘺的診斷價值。
[Abstract]:Positive coronary artery fistula is a rare congenital cardiovascular malformation. In the past clinical diagnosis often depended on coronary angiography, but because of its invasiveness, high cost can not be used routinely. With the improvement of color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic technique, the diagnostic value of ultrasound for coronary artery fistula gradually appears. In this study, echocardiographic findings of 7 cases of coronary artery fistula confirmed by coronary angiography were analyzed, and the diagnostic value of echocardiography for coronary artery fistula was discussed.
