【摘要】：正患者女,23歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)右腕掌側(cè)、右手大魚際肌處腫物5年,近2年來腫物增大,伴一過性手指麻木"就診。查體:右腕關(guān)節(jié)橈、掌側(cè)可觸及3.0cm×1.0cm腫塊,手掌大魚際肌處可觸及3.0cm×3.0cm腫塊,兩處腫塊均為類圓形,質(zhì)軟,活動(dòng)度可,按壓腫塊時(shí)患者手指有麻木感。右手對(duì)掌功能障礙,右腕關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)正常。超聲檢查:右前臂、腕部及掌部正中神經(jīng)明顯增粗,最粗處位于大魚際肌,病變范圍約
[Abstract]:The female patient, 23 years old, was treated for "5 years of right wrist palmar and right hypothenar muscle mass, and temporary numb of finger in the last 2 years." Body examination: right wrist joint radial, palmar side can touch 3.0cm 脳 1.0cm mass, palmar thenar muscle place can touch 3.0cm 脳 3.0cm mass, both masses are round, soft and movable, the patient's finger is numb when pressing the mass. Right hand to palmar dysfunction, right carpal joint activity is normal. Ultrasound examination: the right forearm, wrist and metacarpal nerve were thickened obviously, the thickest part was located in the thenar muscle, and the lesion was about the same as that of the right forearm, wrist and metacarpal nerve.
