【摘要】：正患者男,25歲。無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)右側睪丸腫塊3個月。查體:雙側陰囊無紅腫,左側睪丸及附睪頭未捫及異常,右側睪丸增大,睪丸上極可捫及大小約3.0cm腫塊,質(zhì)硬、界限不清,輕壓痛。生化檢查:睪丸腫瘤標志物AFP2.6ng/mL,β-HCG0.10mIU/mL。超聲檢查:右側睪丸大小4.6cm×2.9cm,睪丸中極探及2.5cm×2.8cm大小的中低回聲,邊界清晰,周邊回聲略增強,內(nèi)呈"洋蔥皮"樣改變(圖
[Abstract]:The patient is 25 years old. The right testicular mass was found inadvertently for 3 months. Body examination: bilateral scrotum without redness, left testicular and epididymal head unpalpable abnormal, right testicular enlargement, superior testicular palpable size about 3.0cm mass, hard, unclear boundary, mild tenderness. Biochemical examination: testicular tumor marker AFP2.6ng/mL, 尾-HCG0.10mIU/mL. Ultrasonic examination: the right testis are 4.6cm 脳 2.9 cm in size, and the middle testis are very low echo in the size of 2.5cm 脳 2.8cm. The boundary is clear, the peripheral echo is slightly enhanced, and there are "onion skin" like changes in the testis (figure).
