【摘要】：正患者女,56歲。因上腹部脹滿不適伴食少,消瘦1個(gè)月余來(lái)我院就診。查體:神志清,心肺正常,腹膨隆,無(wú)腹壁靜脈曲張,無(wú)胃腸型及蠕動(dòng)波,肝脾未觸及。超聲檢查:右上腹腔可探及大小約12.2cm×8.0cm不均質(zhì)低回聲,周邊似有包膜,邊界清晰,中心部可探及不規(guī)則小片狀無(wú)回聲,前述包塊右側(cè)緣與膽囊相鄰,右后緣與第一肝門及右腎相鄰,左側(cè)緣與胰頭相鄰,前緣緊貼前腹膜,CDFI,CDE:內(nèi)見(jiàn)
[Abstract]:Female patient, 56 years old. Due to epigastric distention with less food, wasting more than 1 month to our hospital. Body examination: mind Qing, normal heart and lung, abdominal distention, no varicose abdominal wall, no gastrointestinal type and peristaltic wave, liver and spleen untouched. Ultrasound examination: the right upper abdominal cavity can detect the size of 12.2cm 脳 8.0cm with hypoechoic, the circumference appears to have capsule, the boundary is clear, the center part can be detected irregular small piece without echo, the right edge of the above mass is adjacent to the gallbladder. The right posterior margin is adjacent to the first hepatic hilum and the right kidney, the left edge to the head of the pancreas, and the anterior edge to the anterior peritoneum. CDFI,CDE: is found inside.
