【摘要】：正孕婦,28歲,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕13周。產(chǎn)前超聲檢查示:胎兒雙頂徑2.6 cm,頭臀長(zhǎng)7.4 cm,股骨長(zhǎng)1.0 cm,胎盤位于子宮前壁,厚約1.2 cm,0級(jí);胎兒頭頸部可見一囊性回聲區(qū)包繞(圖1A),最寬處約1.0 cm,囊內(nèi)可見多條光帶,CDFI未見血流信號(hào);胎兒腹壁全層連續(xù)性回聲中斷,可見部分心臟、腸管、肝臟自缺失處膨出,漂浮于羊水之中(圖1B),膨出部分大小約2.0
[Abstract]:Pregnant woman, 28 years old, 1 gestation 0, 13 weeks gestation. Prenatal ultrasound showed that the fetal biparietal diameter was 2.6 cm, the length of head and buttock was 7.4 cm, the length of femur was 1.0 cm, the placenta was located in the anterior wall of uterus, the thickness was about 1.2 cm,0; A cystic echo area was seen in the head and neck of the fetus (Fig. 1A), and a number of light bands could be seen in the 1. 0 cm, sac at the widest point, but no blood flow signal was found in the CDFI. The fetal abdominal wall was interrupted by continuous echo, with a portion of the heart, intestine, and liver puffed out of the absence and floating in amniotic fluid (figure 1B), with a bulging portion of about 2.0 in size.
