【摘要】：正孕婦,26歲,孕1產(chǎn)0,孕28周,否認(rèn)孕期前后有不良環(huán)境接觸史、家族遺傳史。胎兒心臟超聲檢查:四腔心切面,胎兒房室比例失調(diào),左房室明顯擴(kuò)大,于左室內(nèi)探及一37.6mm×31.3mm×33.0mm等回聲橢圓形實(shí)性包塊,邊界清,可見一長(zhǎng)蒂連于左室游離壁(圖1),隨心臟收縮而微動(dòng),其內(nèi)部回聲均質(zhì),二尖瓣血流受壓向室間隔側(cè)偏移(圖2)。于胎兒心包腔內(nèi)可示散在無回聲區(qū),最寬處位于右室前
[Abstract]:Pregnant woman, 26 years old, 0 gestation, 28 weeks gestation, denied any history of adverse environmental contact before and after pregnancy, family genetic history. Fetal echocardiography: Four-chamber section, fetal atrioventricular imbalance, left atrioventricular dilatation, an echo elliptical solid mass such as 37.6mm 脳 31.3mm 脳 33.0mm, was detected in the left ventricle, and the boundary was clear. A long pedicle was attached to the left ventricular free wall (Fig. 1), which moved with the contraction of the heart, its internal echo was homogenous, and the mitral valve blood pressure shifted to the ventricular septal side (Fig. 2). In the fetal pericardium, it can be seen scattered in the anechoic area, and the widest part is located in the front of the right ventricle.
