【摘要】：正患者女,31歲。2015年6月8日因左下肢無(wú)力1年就診�；颊呓�5年來(lái)反復(fù)頭暈不適,多于失眠后發(fā)作,并逐漸出現(xiàn)冷熱耐受不良、夜眠差、夜尿4~5次/晚及便秘等癥狀;2年前出現(xiàn)口齒含糊進(jìn)行性加重及飲水嗆咳;1年前出現(xiàn)漸進(jìn)性左下肢行走無(wú)力,直線行走差、易摔倒。體檢:身高152 cm,體重35 kg,形體消瘦,脊柱后凸畸形,四肢肌張力對(duì)
[Abstract]:A 31-year-old woman with left lower limb weakness for 1 year on June 8, 2015. In the past 5 years, the patients suffered from repeated dizziness and discomfort, more attacks after insomnia, and gradually appeared dysphoria of cold and heat tolerance and poor sleep at night. Nocturnal urine 4 times / night and constipation symptoms; 2 years ago appear vague progressive aggravation of mouth and drinking water choking cough; 1 year ago developed progressive left lower limb walking weakness line walking poor easy to fall.
