【摘要】：目的分析66例橋本甲狀腺炎灰階、彩色多普勒超聲圖像特征,評(píng)價(jià)其臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法對(duì)66例臨床診斷橋本甲狀腺炎患者的超聲表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 61例患者橋本甲狀腺炎超聲表現(xiàn)為甲狀腺?gòu)浡阅[大,峽部增厚,實(shí)質(zhì)回聲彌漫性減低;28例腺體內(nèi)可探及條索狀高回聲,呈網(wǎng)格狀,5例合并有結(jié)節(jié)。83.3%患者甲狀腺上動(dòng)脈流速增快,PSV:(50.7±5.2)cm/s,16.7%患者腺體上動(dòng)脈流速減低,PSV:(15.2±3.5)cm/s。結(jié)論灰階、彩色血流顯像診斷橋本甲狀腺炎靈敏度較高,能為臨床提供重要影像學(xué)信息。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in 66 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods the ultrasonic findings of 66 patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis were retrospectively analyzed. Results the ultrasonographic findings of Hashimoto's thyroiditis were diffuse enlargement of thyroid, thickening of isthmus and decrease of diffuse echo of parenchyma. In 83.3% of the patients, the flow rate of the superior thyroid artery increased by, PSV: (50.7 鹵5.2) and the velocity of the superior glandular artery decreased by 15.2 鹵3.5 cm/s. in the patients with cm/s,16.7%. Conclusion Gray-scale and color flow imaging are sensitive in diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and can provide important imaging information for clinic.
