【摘要】：正患者女,82歲。查體發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔腫物2年余,伴腹脹。絕經(jīng)32年。婦科檢查:腹部膨隆。盆腔觸及一巨大腫物,上達(dá)劍突下,兩側(cè)達(dá)盆腔,囊性,輕度壓痛。超聲檢查:子宮前位,長約4.1cm,寬約3.6cm,厚約3.6cm,表面欠光滑,宮肌回聲欠均,內(nèi)膜厚0.7cm,盆腹腔探及巨大囊實(shí)性包塊,上界達(dá)肝脾下緣,雙側(cè)壁達(dá)側(cè)腹壁,內(nèi)透聲尚可,可見多條不規(guī)則分隔,部分分隔較厚,隔上可見星點(diǎn)狀血流,囊內(nèi)附壁可見中強(qiáng)回聲結(jié)節(jié),形態(tài)不規(guī)則,基底部探
[Abstract]:Female patient, 82 years old. Body examination found pelvic tumor for more than 2 years, with abdominal distension. Menopause is 32 years. Gynecologic examination: abdominal swelling. The pelvic cavity touches a huge mass, upper and lower, pelvic on both sides, cystic, mild tenderness. Ultrasound examination: uterus anterior position, length about 4.1 cm, width about 3.6 cm, thickness about 3.6 cm, surface is not smooth, uterine muscle echo is not even, endometrial thickness is 0.7 cm, pelvic abdominal cavity and giant cystic solid mass, upper boundary to the lower margin of liver and spleen, bilateral wall to the lateral abdominal wall, internal sound can, There are many irregular separations, some of them are thicker, the stellate blood flow is visible on the septum, the intracystic wall is a moderately strong echoic nodule, the shape is irregular, and the base bottom is explored.
