自旋探針標(biāo)記的血清白蛋白電子順磁共振波譜診斷直結(jié)腸癌
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standard, the change of diet habits and diet structure, and the aging of population, the morbidity and mortality of colon cancer in China are on the rise. The morbidity and mortality of colon cancer are second only to gastric cancer and esophageal carcinoma in digestive system malignant tumor. So far, CA19-9 CA24-2 is recognized as the most reliable serum tumor marker associated with colorectal cancer, but the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are not high. The aim of this study was to compare the binding ability of serum albumin with spin probe in patients with colon cancer and to analyze the value of electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) of serum albumin labeled with spin probe in the diagnosis of colon cancer. Serum samples of 141 patients with colorectal cancer and 180 healthy volunteers were randomly selected from October 2012 to March 2013. 16Doxyl stearic acid was used as spin probe to obtain colorectal cancer patients by electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Using the five parameters (H 1H 2H 3H 4H 5, relative linewidth and peak width) obtained from the map and combining the discriminant analysis method in statistics, the discriminant function was established. The binding ability of serum albumin with spin probe in colon cancer patients was significantly different from that in healthy people. Through the spectral analysis, five parameters were obtained from the spectrum, and the five parameters were applied to the statistical method of discriminant analysis. The function of discriminant analysis was obtained, the function of discriminant analysis was 338.904 H1 88328.145 H2-103.109 H3 96423.334 H4 265.178 H5-255051.924, F2=328.375AH1 88226.653 H2-116.781 H3 96324.452 H4 259.369 H5-254166.845. The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity were 87.9% and 86.1% respectively. In colorectal cancer patients, the binding ability of serum albumin to spin probe is different. The change of serum albumin associated with tumor can be evaluated by spin labeled electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy of serum albumin labeled with spin probe has high diagnostic specificity and sensitivity, and this method may become a new laboratory diagnostic method for colorectal cancer.
