7T下脂肪對(duì)基于NOE的磁共振對(duì)比成像的影響

【摘要】:核Overhauser增強(qiáng)(NOE)效應(yīng)在高場(chǎng)下的化學(xué)交換飽和轉(zhuǎn)移中會(huì)造成Z譜高場(chǎng)位置的負(fù)背景信號(hào),有望成為一種新的磁共振成像(MRI)對(duì)比機(jī)制.然而,研究指出,NOE信號(hào)的發(fā)生區(qū)域與主要的脂肪信號(hào)的頻率位置有重疊,因此MRI中觀察到的NOE信號(hào)有可能混合了脂肪信號(hào).該文通過(guò)雞蛋的模型實(shí)驗(yàn),初步分析了脂肪含量較高的組織內(nèi)脂肪信號(hào)對(duì)NOE效應(yīng)的影響,并通過(guò)健康大鼠鼠腦及顱內(nèi)腫瘤大鼠鼠腦實(shí)驗(yàn),分析了脂肪對(duì)腦部NOE對(duì)比成像及基于NOE對(duì)比成像的疾病診斷的影響.結(jié)果表明,脂肪含量較高的組織內(nèi)脂肪信號(hào)會(huì)引起偽NOE效應(yīng),并影響NOE對(duì)比圖像的準(zhǔn)確性.
[Abstract]:Nuclear Overhauser enhanced (NOE) effect in high field chemical exchange saturation transfer will result in negative background signal of Z spectrum high field position, which is expected to become a new (MRI) contrast mechanism of magnetic resonance imaging. However, it is pointed out that the region of occurrence of the signal is overlapped with the frequency position of the main fat signal, so the NOE signal observed in MRI may be mixed with the fat signal. In this paper, the effects of high fat content in tissue on NOE effect were preliminarily analyzed through the model experiment of eggs, and the brain experiments of healthy rats and intracranial tumor rats were carried out. The effects of fat on brain NOE imaging and disease diagnosis based on NOE contrast imaging were analyzed. The results showed that fat signal in tissue with high fat content caused pseudo-NOE effect and affected the accuracy of NOE contrast images.
