7T下脂肪對基于NOE的磁共振對比成像的影響

【摘要】:核Overhauser增強(NOE)效應在高場下的化學交換飽和轉移中會造成Z譜高場位置的負背景信號,有望成為一種新的磁共振成像(MRI)對比機制.然而,研究指出,NOE信號的發(fā)生區(qū)域與主要的脂肪信號的頻率位置有重疊,因此MRI中觀察到的NOE信號有可能混合了脂肪信號.該文通過雞蛋的模型實驗,初步分析了脂肪含量較高的組織內(nèi)脂肪信號對NOE效應的影響,并通過健康大鼠鼠腦及顱內(nèi)腫瘤大鼠鼠腦實驗,分析了脂肪對腦部NOE對比成像及基于NOE對比成像的疾病診斷的影響.結果表明,脂肪含量較高的組織內(nèi)脂肪信號會引起偽NOE效應,并影響NOE對比圖像的準確性.
[Abstract]:Nuclear Overhauser enhanced (NOE) effect in high field chemical exchange saturation transfer will result in negative background signal of Z spectrum high field position, which is expected to become a new (MRI) contrast mechanism of magnetic resonance imaging. However, it is pointed out that the region of occurrence of the signal is overlapped with the frequency position of the main fat signal, so the NOE signal observed in MRI may be mixed with the fat signal. In this paper, the effects of high fat content in tissue on NOE effect were preliminarily analyzed through the model experiment of eggs, and the brain experiments of healthy rats and intracranial tumor rats were carried out. The effects of fat on brain NOE imaging and disease diagnosis based on NOE contrast imaging were analyzed. The results showed that fat signal in tissue with high fat content caused pseudo-NOE effect and affected the accuracy of NOE contrast images.
