【摘要】：正患者男,20歲,主因"發(fā)現(xiàn)右肝占位性病變1周"就診。MR檢查:肝右葉前下段可見約7.5cm×8.2cm類圓形腫塊,T1WI呈等、低混雜信號(圖1A),T2WI呈不均勻稍高信號(1B),增強(qiáng)掃描動脈期及門靜脈期均呈不均勻明顯強(qiáng)化(圖1C、1D),病灶內(nèi)可見血管分支影,延遲期強(qiáng)化與正常肝實質(zhì)類似(圖1E),門靜脈系統(tǒng)未見充盈
[Abstract]:The patient was 20 years old. The main cause was "finding the right hepatic occupying lesion for 1 week". Mr examination showed that 7.5cm 脳 8.2cm type round masses were seen on T1WI and so on in the right lower lobe of the liver. Low mixed signal (Fig. 1A) showed uneven hyperintensity on T2WI (1B), uneven enhancement in arterial phase and portal vein phase (Fig. 1C1D), vascular branching shadow could be seen in the lesion, the enhancement of delayed phase was similar to that of normal hepatic parenchyma (Fig. 1E), and no filling was found in portal vein system.
