【摘要】：正患者女,年齡46歲。1年前無意間發(fā)現(xiàn)右乳乒乓球大小腫塊,近期增大。查體:右乳腫塊約15cm×13cm,無明顯觸痛、無乳頭溢液及凹陷。超聲表現(xiàn):右乳內(nèi)見以囊性為主的混合性包塊(占據(jù)整個乳腺),范圍15.1cm×13.0cm×11.7cm,形態(tài)規(guī)則,囊壁完整,內(nèi)見團狀實質(zhì)回聲,呈分葉狀,實質(zhì)內(nèi)見豐富的動靜脈血流信號,Adler半定量分級Ⅲ級;彈性成像硬度評分3級,應變比值
[Abstract]:The female patient was 46 years old. A year ago, the size of right breast table tennis lump was accidentally found. Body examination: right breast mass about 15cm 脳 13 cm, no obvious tenderness, no nipple discharge and depression. Ultrasonographic findings: in the right breast, the mixed mass (occupying the whole mammary gland) was mainly cystic, with a range of 15.1cm 脳 13.0cm 脳 11.7cm, with regular shape, intact cystic wall, nodular parenchyma echo, and lobular shape.
