【摘要】：正病例資料患者,女,58歲,無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)左下肢疼痛、無力5個月,加重伴不全癱2個月。查體:左側腰部、臀部壓痛、叩擊痛陽性,被動活動時左下肢疼痛明顯加重,全身未觸及明顯腫大淋巴結。入院后及出院后一個月時均行頭、胸和全腹CT增強檢查,未見明顯腫塊影。
[Abstract]:The patient, 58 years old, had no obvious cause of left lower limb pain, 5 months weakness, and 2 months of exacerbation with incomplete paralysis. Physical examination: left waist, buttocks tenderness, percussion pain positive, passive movement of the left lower limb pain significantly aggravated, the whole body did not touch obvious swelling lymph nodes. After admission and one month after discharge, head, chest and total abdominal CT enhanced examination, no obvious mass shadow.
