【摘要】：正患者男,20歲,因"右眼脹痛伴眼球前突3月余"入院。查體:右眼內(nèi)壓23.00mmHg,右結(jié)膜充血,右眼前突,向上向外運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)輕度受限。CT:右眼眶肌錐外軟組織密度腫塊,約2.91cm×3.99cm×4.72cm,向上達(dá)眼眶頂壁,向下達(dá)右側(cè)中鼻甲水平,向內(nèi)向后突入鼻腔,向外擠壓內(nèi)直肌及視神經(jīng),與內(nèi)直肌分界不清,向后侵犯眶尖,鄰近骨質(zhì)受壓吸收,增強(qiáng)后明顯強(qiáng)化。
[Abstract]:The patient, 20 years old, was admitted to hospital because of right eye pain and protrusion of the eyeball. Body examination: right intraocular pressure 23.00mm Hg, right conjunctiva hyperemia, right eye protrusion, slightly restricted upward outward. CT.CT: right orbital muscle extraconical soft tissue mass, about 2.91cm 脳 3.99cm 脳 4.72 cm, up to the top of the orbit, up to the right middle turbinate level, and introverted into the nasal cavity, The medial rectus muscle and the optic nerve were squeezed outwards and the boundary between the medial rectus muscle and the medial rectus muscle was not clear. The posterior invasion of the medial rectus muscle invaded the orbital apex and the adjacent bone was compressed and absorbed and enhanced obviously after enhancement.
