超聲心動圖引導(dǎo)建立小型豬主動脈瓣反流模型的方法學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目的:研究如何應(yīng)用超聲心動圖引導(dǎo)建立小型豬主動脈瓣反流模型。方法:選用中華小型豬,靜脈全麻后測量體重,并行超聲心動圖檢查,排除主動脈瓣病變。將實驗豬頸部小切口,暴露頸動脈,置入鞘管后送導(dǎo)管至主動脈竇部,用硬導(dǎo)絲穿出導(dǎo)管,調(diào)整導(dǎo)管位置,造成主動脈瓣損傷。超聲評估主動脈瓣損傷情況及反流量。處死動物,取心臟,觀察主動脈瓣損害情況。結(jié)果:共入選中華小型豬7只,雄性4只,雌性3只,動物平均體重(24.7±3.6)kg。共5只順利完成超聲引導(dǎo)下主動脈瓣反流模型,造成少量反流1只,少-中量反流1只,中量反流2只,大量反流1只。其中4只造成瓣葉穿孔,1只造成瓣葉撕裂。結(jié)論(:1)超聲心動圖可以順利引導(dǎo)導(dǎo)絲穿過主動脈瓣并導(dǎo)致不同程度主動脈瓣損傷,用于小型豬主動脈瓣反流造模方法可靠。(2)超聲心動圖可明確主動脈瓣損傷部位及損傷程度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study how to establish aortic regurgitation model of miniature pig by echocardiography. Methods: Chinese miniature pig was selected to measure body weight after general anesthesia and echocardiography was performed to exclude aortic valve disease. The small incision of pig neck was exposed to carotid artery, and the catheter was inserted into the aortic sinus. The catheter was punctured with a hard guide wire to adjust the position of the catheter, resulting in aortic valve injury. Ultrasound was used to evaluate aortic valve injury and reverse flow. The animals were killed, heart was taken and aortic valve damage was observed. Results: a total of 7 Chinese miniature pigs were selected, including 4 males and 3 females, with an average body weight of (24. 7 鹵3. 6) kg.. A total of 5 aortic valve regurgitation models were successfully completed, resulting in a small number of regurgitations, a small amount of reflux, a small volume of reflux, a moderate volume of reflux, and a large number of regurgitations. Among them, 4 of them caused perforation of the lobe and 1 caused the tear of the lobe. Conclusion (1) Echocardiography is a reliable method for modeling aortic valve reflux in miniature pigs. (2) Echocardiography can identify the location and degree of aortic valve injury.
