【摘要】：正患者男,45歲,2個月前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)陣發(fā)性左上腹痛。CT檢查:左側(cè)腎上腺區(qū)見不規(guī)則形稍高密度軟組織腫塊影,邊界較清,呈分葉狀,其內(nèi)密度不均勻,可見斑片狀低密度,大小約136mm×88mm×145mm,動態(tài)增強(qiáng)掃描呈不均勻中度強(qiáng)化,動脈期其內(nèi)可見多發(fā)小血管影,左腎受壓向后下移位,胰腺受推壓前移,脾臟受壓向左上方移位,左腎上極部分腎皮質(zhì)與病灶邊界欠清(圖1)。診斷:考慮腹膜后腫瘤,神經(jīng)源性腫瘤可
[Abstract]:The male patient was 45 years old. There was no obvious inducement to produce paroxysmal left epigastric pain. Ct examination showed that the left adrenal gland had irregular shape and slightly high density soft tissue mass with clear boundary and lobular shape. The size was about 136mm 脳 88mm 脳 145mm, the dynamic contrast enhanced scan showed uneven and moderate enhancement, multiple small vessel shadows were seen in the arterial phase, the left kidney was compressed backward and lower, the pancreas was pushed forward, the spleen was pressed to the upper left, and the spleen was compressed to the upper left.
