【摘要】：正病例資料患者,女,46歲。因"發(fā)現(xiàn)肝占位5月余"入院�；颊咴诋�(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)肝內(nèi)占位并肝硬化、脾大、門脈高壓。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:乙肝表面抗原(+)、乙肝e抗原(+)、乙肝核心抗體(+),AFP 6.930ng/mL。CT平掃加增強(qiáng)掃描:肝臟大小尚可,肝裂增寬,邊緣不光整,肝左葉頂部可見一類圓形低密度影,最大截面積約21.3 mm×29.7mm,增強(qiáng)掃描動(dòng)脈期病灶輕度強(qiáng)化,靜脈期持續(xù)輕度強(qiáng)化。脾
[Abstract]:The patient was 46 years old. He was admitted to hospital because of "finding the liver occupying place in May." The patient was examined in a local hospital and found intrahepatic space occupying with cirrhosis, splenomegaly and portal hypertension. Laboratory examination: hepatitis B surface antigen (), hepatitis B e antigen (), hepatitis B core antibody (), 6.930ng/mL.CT plain scan plus enhanced scan: liver size is fair, liver fissure widens, edge is not only complete, the top of the liver Zuo Ye can see a kind of circular low density shadow.
