【摘要】：正患者男,61歲,因"反復(fù)胸悶、胸痛伴大汗1年,加重10天"入院。既往高血壓病史,規(guī)律服藥,血壓控制良好。入院查體:血壓146mmHg/88mmHg,心率70次/分,心電圖正常。彩色多普勒超聲:左心室下壁、側(cè)壁心肌收縮運(yùn)動(dòng)減弱;左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)50%。血生化檢查未見(jiàn)異常。術(shù)前按冠心病2級(jí)預(yù)防治療。冠狀動(dòng)脈造影提示左旋支開(kāi)口重度狹窄,左主干及前降支未見(jiàn)明顯鈣化、痙攣、狹窄(圖1A)。采用Szabo技術(shù),對(duì)患者行
[Abstract]:The patient, 61 years old, was admitted to hospital because of repeated chest tightness, chest pain and sweating for 1 year and exacerbation for 10 days. History of hypertension, regular medication, good blood pressure control. Admission examination: blood pressure 146 mm Hg / 88 mm Hg, heart rate 70 beats / min, ECG normal. Color Doppler ultrasound: left ventricular inferior wall, lateral wall myocardial contractility weakened, left ventricular ejection fraction 50. No abnormal blood biochemical examination was found. Preoperative level 2 prophylaxis of coronary heart disease. Coronary angiography showed severe stenosis of the left circumflex branch, no calcification, spasm, and stenosis in the left main and anterior descending branches (Fig. 1A). Szabo technique is used to treat patients.
