【摘要】：目的探討早期乳腺癌保乳術(shù)后乳腺大分割放射治療的毒性、美容效果及相關(guān)風(fēng)險因素。方法 50例患者早期乳腺癌保乳術(shù)后實行大分割放射治療,放射治療量:42.50 Gy/16 F 3.2周,2.66 Gy/F,局部瘤床加量9.00 Gy/3 F,在放射治療過程中及放射治療后對急性及遲發(fā)性的毒性反應(yīng)及美容效果進行評估。結(jié)果中位數(shù)隨訪36個月,8例患者無急性反應(yīng)(16%),發(fā)生Ⅰ級急性皮膚毒性反應(yīng)33例(66%),Ⅱ級急性皮膚毒性反應(yīng)9例(18%)。發(fā)生Ⅰ級晚期皮膚毒性反應(yīng)10例(20%),Ⅱ級晚期皮膚毒性反應(yīng)1例(2%)。主觀和客觀上判定放射治療后乳房美容效果優(yōu)良率分別為94%和93%。結(jié)論早期乳腺癌保乳術(shù)后乳腺大分割放射治療是可行和安全的,急性及晚期毒性反應(yīng)可以接受。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the toxicity, cosmetic effect and risk factors of mammary hypersegmentation radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Methods 50 patients with early breast cancer were treated with massive fractionation radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery. The dose of radiation was 42.50 Gy/16 / F 3.2 weeks or 2.66 Gy / F, and the local tumor bed dosage was 9.00 Gy/3 / F. The acute and delayed toxic reactions and cosmetic effects were evaluated during and after radiotherapy.
