實時心臟磁共振成像左心室功能分析研究

【摘要】:實時自由呼吸心臟成像是一種重復(fù)性好、采集時間短且不需要屏氣的磁共振成像方法。然而實時心臟成像進行左心室功能分析時,通常需要依靠人眼找出舒張末期和收縮末期圖像,這個過程非常費時費力。為了節(jié)省處理時間,本文提出一種半自動定位舒張末期和收縮末期圖像的方法。該方法主要通過對呼吸運動信號進行擬合,在擬合信號呼吸末期利用互相關(guān)系數(shù)確定舒張末期和收縮末期圖像。整個過程采集了10名健康志愿者實時心臟磁共振圖像,并同標準屏氣穩(wěn)態(tài)自由進動序列采集數(shù)據(jù)進行左心室功能分析比較。實驗結(jié)果表明,所提方法能夠正確檢測出舒張末期和收縮末期圖像。未來,這個方法可望在臨床上進行快速地左心室功能分析。
[Abstract]:Real-time free-breathing cardiac imaging is a kind of magnetic resonance imaging method with good repeatability, short acquisition time and no need to hold breath. However, the analysis of left ventricular function by real-time cardiac imaging usually depends on the human eye to identify the end-diastolic and end-systolic images, which is a time-consuming and laborious process. In order to save processing time, a semi-automatic method for locating end-diastolic and end-systolic images is proposed. In this method, the end diastolic and end systolic images are obtained by fitting the respiratory motion signals and determining the end diastolic and end systolic images by using the number of interrelation between the fitting signals and the end of respiration. Real time cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (Mr) images of 10 healthy volunteers were collected and compared with the data collected by standard breath-holding steady-state free precession sequence for left ventricular function analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed method can correctly detect end-diastolic and end-systolic images. In the future, this method is expected to rapidly analyze left ventricular function clinically.
