【摘要】：正患者女,65歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)骶尾部包塊3年,進(jìn)行性增長6個(gè)月入院。既往尿毒癥透析史3年,透析規(guī)律,于透析初期發(fā)現(xiàn)骶尾部包塊,未予特殊處理。體格檢查:骶尾部多個(gè)包塊聚集,邊界較清,形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,質(zhì)硬,活動(dòng)性可,與周圍組織無明顯粘連,
