【摘要】：目的探討囊腔沖洗技術在甲狀腺膠質囊腫無水乙醇硬化治療中的應用價值。方法 49例甲狀腺膠質囊腫隨機分配入研究組(33例)和對照組(16例)進行治療,研究組以0.9%氯化鈉溶液混合α-糜蛋白酶沖洗囊腔后行無水乙醇硬化治療,對照組則單純抽吸囊液后行無水乙醇硬化治療。術后1、3、6個月比較兩組殘存囊腔體積變化、治療有效率及不良反應情況。結果治療后殘存囊腔體積變化研究組與對照組差別明顯,治療有效率研究組(93.9%)優(yōu)于對照組(68.8%),差異均有統計學意義(P0.05);研究組與對照組囊液抽吸沖洗過程均無不良反應發(fā)生,兩組不良反應均出現在乙醇硬化治療過程中(6.1%比8.3%),差異無統計學意義(P=0.75)。結論 0.9%氯化鈉溶液混合α-糜蛋白酶囊腔沖洗技術應用于甲狀腺膠質囊腫黏稠囊液沖洗抽吸是一種安全可靠的方法 ,能提高無水乙醇硬化治療的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of cavity irrigation in the treatment of thyroid glial cyst with anhydrous ethanol. Methods Forty-nine cases of thyroid glial cysts were randomly assigned to the study group (33 cases) and the control group (16 cases). The study group was treated with 偽 -chymotrypsin in 0.9% sodium chloride solution after washing the capsule cavity with anhydrous ethanol sclerosis. The control group was treated with anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy. The changes of residual cavity volume, effective rate and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups at 1: 3 and 6 months postoperatively. Results the change of residual cavity volume in the study group was significantly different from that in the control group, the effective rate of treatment in the study group (93.9%) was better than that in the control group (68.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), there was no adverse reaction in the process of aspiration and washing of the sac fluid in the study group and the control group. The adverse reactions of the two groups occurred during the treatment of ethanol sclerosis (6.1% vs 8.3%), but there was no significant difference (P0. 75). Conclusion the application of 0.9% sodium chloride solution mixed with 偽 -chymotrypsin in washing and aspiration of goitre glial cysts is a safe and reliable method, which can improve the effect of anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy.
