上海市松江區(qū)區(qū)域影像聯(lián)合體放射診斷同質(zhì)化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r調(diào)查
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the development of radiologic diagnosis homogenization in the five years since the establishment of the regional imaging association in Songjiang District of Shanghai, and to explore how to further improve the level of radiation diagnosis homogenization. Methods from June to August 2016, 300 radiographers (radiologists, radiographers) and medical personnel associated with radiology were selected from 15 community hospitals in Songjiang District. A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey, which included the basic information of the respondents, the degree of knowledge of the association, the effectiveness of the association in the past 5 years, and the status of radiology diagnosis homogeneity. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, 286 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 95.3%. Results 73.1% (209 / 286) of the respondents responded correctly to the unit that examined the radiation reports in community hospitals. 47.6% (136 / 286) of the respondents thought that the area's radiological examination was more convenient, 58.4% (167 / 286), and the respondents said that the number of repetitive examinations in the region was reduced by 41.7% (118 / 283). Investigators said 49.3 percent (141 / 286) of the cost of radiation screening in the region had been reduced by 49.3 percent, and that community radiologists had improved their skills. Whether it is the medical staff and the different working conditions, and whether the respondents with academic qualifications think that the professional level of the community radiologists has improved in the selection rate, The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). 47.0% (134 / 285) of the respondents believed that there was no difference in the level of radiology between community hospitals and regional central hospitals. There were significant differences in the rate of choice between community hospitals and district central hospitals in terms of the level of radioactivity among those surveyed (P0.05); in different employment situations, there was a significant difference in the selection rate between the two groups (P0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The survey staff with academic qualifications considered that there was no difference in the level of radiological work between community hospitals and district central hospitals. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). 75.9% (217 / 286) of the respondents believed that the integration of community radiologists' professional learning into the management of regional imaging diagnosis center was beneficial to improve the level of radiation business in community hospitals. There were significant differences in the selection rate of medical staff and different working conditions among the survey staff who had no knowledge of each question (P0.05). Conclusion the imaging consortia in Songjiang district have made some achievements in the aspect of radiology diagnosis homogeneity, and the level of radiology diagnosis homogeneity should be further improved, for example, the community radiologists' professional study should be brought into the management of the district diagnosis center. In addition, the increase of low education, non-employment, non-medical personnel publicity, conducive to improve the people's sense of access.
