fMRI分析非臨床抑郁大學(xué)生杏仁核及海馬靜息態(tài)功能連接的改變

【摘要】:目的分析非臨床抑郁癥狀(nCDSs)被試杏仁核及海馬靜息態(tài)功能連接的特征。方法采用貝克抑郁量表(BDI)對(duì)1105名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抑郁癥狀評(píng)估,對(duì)其中17例符合nCDSs的被試(nCDSs組)及20名對(duì)照組被試進(jìn)行靜息態(tài)fMRI檢查。以雙側(cè)杏仁核及海馬為種子點(diǎn),分別對(duì)全腦進(jìn)行基于體素的rsFC分析,比較兩組間的rsFC差異,并與nCDSs者的BDI評(píng)分進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,nCDSs組以雙側(cè)杏仁核為種子點(diǎn),右側(cè)眶額葉內(nèi)側(cè)面rsFC均增強(qiáng);以左側(cè)海馬為種子點(diǎn),右側(cè)枕葉舌回、雙側(cè)額葉直回及左側(cè)楔前葉rsFC增強(qiáng);以右側(cè)海馬為種子點(diǎn),右側(cè)小腦后葉、右側(cè)枕葉舌回、雙側(cè)額葉直回、左側(cè)楔前葉及左側(cè)中央旁小葉rsFC增強(qiáng)。nCDSs被試雙側(cè)杏仁核及海馬rsFC改變與BDI評(píng)分無(wú)相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論 nCDSs被試杏仁核及海馬的rsFC存在異常,可能在nCDSs的病理機(jī)制中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of resting functional connections in the amygdala and hippocampus of (nCDSs) subjects with non-clinical depressive symptoms. Methods 1105 college students were assessed with Beck Depression scale (BDI) and 17 subjects (nCDSs group) and 20 normal subjects (control group) were examined by resting fMRI. Using bilateral amygdala and hippocampus as seed points, the whole brain was analyzed by voxel based rsFC analysis, and the difference of rsFC between the two groups was compared, and the correlation analysis was made between the two groups and the BDI score of nCDSs patients. Results compared with the control group, the bilateral amygdaloid nucleus as seed point and the medial side of the right orbital frontal lobe increased in the nCDSs group, the left hippocampus as the seed point, the right occipital lobe as the seed point, the bilateral frontal gyrus as the straight gyrus and the left cuneate lobe as the seed point, the right hippocampus as the seed point, and the right hippocampus as the seed point. Right posterior cerebellar lobe, right occipital lobe lingual gyrus, bilateral frontal lobe straight gyrus, left prewedge lobe and left paracentral lobule rsFC enhanced. NCDSs showed no correlation with BDI score in bilateral amygdaloid nucleus and hippocampus (P0.05). Conclusion the abnormality of rsFC in amygdala and hippocampus in nCDSs subjects may play an important role in the pathological mechanism of nCDSs.
