【摘要】：目的 :探討三叉神經(jīng)痛患者三叉神經(jīng)根處蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔的MRI定量評(píng)估對(duì)影像學(xué)診斷及外科治療的意義。方法 :回顧性分析95例原發(fā)性三叉神經(jīng)痛患者的影像學(xué)資料,測(cè)量三叉神經(jīng)根入橋腦處蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔寬度,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析數(shù)據(jù)資料并擬定蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔狹窄的量化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔寬度為3.22~11.22 mm,擬定出狹窄值為4.21 mm。查找樣本有9例患者的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔寬度小于此界定值。結(jié)論:術(shù)前對(duì)三叉神經(jīng)痛患者的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔進(jìn)行定量評(píng)估,能提前發(fā)現(xiàn)蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔狹窄患者,對(duì)手術(shù)方案的制定具有重要意義,臨床應(yīng)用取得了良好結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the significance of MRI quantitative evaluation in the subarachnoid space of trigeminal nerve root in imaging diagnosis and surgical treatment in patients with trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: the imaging data of 95 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were analyzed retrospectively. The width of subarachnoid space of trigeminal nerve root into the pontine was measured and the statistical data were analyzed and the quantitative indexes of subarachnoid stenosis were worked out. Results: the width of subarachnoid space was 3.22 ~ 11.22 mm and the narrow value was 4.21 mm. The subarachnoid space width of 9 patients was smaller than this limit. Conclusion: preoperative quantitative evaluation of subarachnoid space in patients with trigeminal neuralgia can find subarachnoid stenosis in advance.
