【摘要】：正患者女,66歲,主因"發(fā)現(xiàn)腹部包塊10余年,近1~2年腫塊增大"入院。查體:左側(cè)腹部稍膨隆,捫及一拳頭大小包塊,觸之質(zhì)稍硬,無壓痛,移動度可。CT平掃:腹腔中上部見巨大囊性占位,約15.3cm×30.7cm×38.2cm,鄰近組織及胰腺等受壓移位,腫物囊內(nèi)無分隔,CT值約8~15 HU,囊壁厚薄不均,后上壁不規(guī)則增厚,CT值約25~43 HU,鄰近組織均受壓
[Abstract]:The patient was 66 years old and was admitted to hospital because of "abdominal mass was found for more than 10 years and the mass was enlarged for nearly 1 ~ 2 years." Body examination: the left abdomen slightly bulges, palpation of a fist size mass, touch a little hard, no tenderness, the degree of movement can be .CT plain scan: the upper part of the abdominal cavity showed a huge cystic space, about 15.3cm 脳 30.7cm 脳 38.2 cm, adjacent tissues and pancreas and other pressure displacement, The CT value of the cyst is about 815 HUU, the thickness of the cyst wall is uneven, and the CT value of the posterior wall is about 2543.The adjacent tissues are all under pressure.
