【摘要】：目的評價經直腸雙平面腔內超聲診斷肛瘺的準確性以及影響診斷準確性的因素。方法所有患者于手術前進行常規(guī)腔內超聲檢查,所得到的超聲診斷結果與手術結果對照。結果經直腸雙平面腔內超聲診斷內口的靈敏度98.3%,特異度98.0%,陽性預測值96.7%;診斷主管的靈敏度98.1%,特異度100%,陽性預測值98.5%;診斷支管的靈敏度92.0%,特異度95.8%,陽性預測值94.2%。結論經直腸雙平面腔內超聲對腸壁結構、內外括約肌及直腸周圍組織顯示清晰,便于瘺管走行的判斷和內口的定位,能為術前瘺管的準確定位提供可靠的影像學信息,從而具有較高的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the accuracy of transrectal double-plane ultrasonography in the diagnosis of anal fistula and its influencing factors. Methods all patients were examined by conventional ultrasound before operation, and the results were compared with the results of operation. Results the sensitivity 98.3, specificity 98.0, positive predictive value 96.7b, sensitivity 98.1 and specificity 100, positive predictive value 98.5, sensitivity 92.0, specificity 95.8and positive predictive value 94.2B. Conclusion the transrectal biplane ultrasound can show clearly the structure of intestinal wall, internal and external sphincter and perirectal tissue, which is convenient for the diagnosis of fistula and the location of internal mouth, and can provide reliable imaging information for the accurate location of fistula before operation. So it has high clinical value.
