【摘要】：正患者男,20歲。因頭疼伴視物模糊10余天入院。體檢:神智清楚,語言流利,雙側(cè)瞳孔等大等圓,四肢肌力V級,肌張力正常,病理征陰性。MRI:松果體區(qū)可見類圓形混雜T1、混雜T2信號(圖1~3),DWI呈稍高信號(圖4),大小約35.7mm×30.9 mm×31.2 mm,中腦導(dǎo)水管受壓變窄,幕上腦室明顯擴(kuò)大,中線結(jié)構(gòu)居中。增強(qiáng)掃描病灶呈輕度不均勻強(qiáng)化,內(nèi)見低信號無強(qiáng)化區(qū)(圖5、6)。請分析病變性質(zhì)。答案見第2026頁。
[Abstract]:There were more than 10 days in the male and 20 years old . Medical examination : It is clear , fluent in language , large in bilateral pupil and so on , V grade of muscle force of limbs , normal muscle tone and negative pathological sign . MRI shows that there are round mixed T1 , mixed T2 signal ( Fig . 1 ~ 3 ) , DWI is slightly higher ( Fig . 4 ) , the size is about 350.7mm 脳 30.9 mm 脳 31.2mm , the middle cerebral aqueduct is narrowed , the supratentorial cerebral ventricle is obviously enlarged , and the middle line structure is centered .
