【摘要】：正病例1孕婦,35歲。輔助生殖雙胎妊娠14周,因腹痛來我院就診。超聲表現(xiàn):宮腔內(nèi)見一胎兒,雙頂徑29mm,腹徑25mm,股骨徑17 mm,肱骨徑17mm,胎心率153次/min,超聲測(cè)值胎兒符合孕14~15周。子宮右側(cè)見一包塊,內(nèi)見一胎兒聲像,羊膜囊與宮腔內(nèi)羊膜囊不相鄰,其內(nèi)胎兒雙頂徑24mm,腹徑23mm,股骨徑13mm,肱骨徑13mm,胎心率155次/min,超聲測(cè)值胎兒符合孕13~14周。子宮直腸窩及肝腎間隙均見少量無回聲區(qū)(圖1)。手術(shù)證實(shí):右側(cè)輸卵管間質(zhì)部妊娠破裂。
[Abstract]:Case 1 pregnant women aged 35 years. Assistant reproductive twin pregnancy 14 weeks, due to abdominal pain to our hospital. Ultrasound findings: a fetus with a biparietal diameter of 29 mm, abdominal diameter of 25 mm, femoral diameter of 17 mm, humeral diameter of 17 mm, fetal heart rate of 153 times / min. On the right side of the uterus, a piece of mass was seen. The amniotic sac was not adjacent to the intrauterine amniotic sac. The fetal biparietal diameter, abdominal diameter, femoral diameter, humerus diameter and fetal heart rate were 24mm, 23mm, 13mm, 13mm, 155times / min, respectively. A small number of anechoic areas were found in the rectum and between the liver and kidney (Fig. 1). Surgical confirmation: right tubal interstitial pregnancy rupture.
