【摘要】：正患者女,54歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔包塊2月入院�；颊�2月前發(fā)現(xiàn)右下腹可觸及一包塊,質(zhì)硬,偶感腹脹。體檢:右下腹可觸及質(zhì)硬包塊,上達臍平,活動度差,無壓痛。11天前至當?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,彩超示盆腔包塊。10天前開腹手術,術中探查發(fā)現(xiàn)包塊來源于腹膜后并包繞右髂動脈,手術風險較大,關腹。MRI檢查示:(1)盆腔入口處偏右側(cè)占位并包繞右髂動脈,考慮右側(cè)附件來源惡性腫瘤性病變可能,建議活檢;(2)少量盆腔積液�；颊�2年前因子宮肌瘤行"子宮全切術+左
[Abstract]:A woman, 54 years old, was admitted to the hospital in February. The patient was found to be in the right lower abdomen before February. The patient was found to touch a packet of mass, hard and even abdominal distension. Physical examination: the right lower abdomen can touch the hard mass, reach the umbilicus, the activity is poor, the pain free.11 days before the local hospital, the color ultrasound shows the pelvic cavity.10 before the laparotomy, the intraoperative exploration found the mass come from the abdomen. The operation risk was greater than that of the right iliac artery after the membrane combined with the right iliac artery. The abdominal.MRI examination showed: (1) the right iliac artery was wrapped around the right side of the pelvic entrance and the right iliac artery was wrapped around the right adnexal tumor. (2) a small amount of pelvic effusion. The patients underwent hysterectomy and left uterine myoma before 2 years.
