【摘要】：目的探討彩色多普勒超聲聯(lián)合腫瘤標(biāo)志物在胃腸道腫瘤診斷方面的臨床價(jià)值。方法經(jīng)手術(shù)及病理診斷確診為胃腸道腫瘤患者36例,對(duì)比分析其術(shù)前的消化系統(tǒng)超聲及血清腫瘤標(biāo)志物等檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果病理結(jié)果顯示胃腺癌22例,胃間質(zhì)瘤5例,胃平滑肌肉瘤3例,胃淋巴瘤4例,十二指腸乳頭癌2例;血清腫瘤標(biāo)志物CEA、CA19-9、CA50三者聯(lián)合檢測(cè),其中陽(yáng)性顯示率為69%;彩色多普勒超聲對(duì)胃及十二指腸占位的顯示準(zhǔn)確度高達(dá)83%。結(jié)論彩色多普勒超聲聯(lián)合血清腫瘤標(biāo)志物測(cè)定可明顯提高胃腸道腫瘤的檢出率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with tumor markers in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Thirty-six patients with gastrointestinal cancer were diagnosed by operation and pathology. The results of preoperative digestive system ultrasound and serum tumor markers were compared and analyzed. Results pathological findings showed that 22 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, 5 cases of gastric stromal tumors, 3 cases of gastric leiomyosarcoma, 4 cases of gastric lymphoma, 2 cases of duodenal papillary carcinoma, serum tumor marker CEACA19-9 and CA50 were detected. The positive display rate was 69 and the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in displaying gastric and duodenal space occupied was 83%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with serum tumor markers can significantly improve the detection rate of gastrointestinal tumors.
