【摘要】：髕股關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)在年輕人群中常見(jiàn),諸多因素可致髕股關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn),其中動(dòng)力因素中股內(nèi)側(cè)肌與股外側(cè)肌協(xié)調(diào)性不一致是重要原因之一。髕股關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)會(huì)對(duì)肌肉生物力學(xué)及功能狀態(tài)造成影響,進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致臨床常見(jiàn)的髕股關(guān)節(jié)疼痛。利用影像學(xué)技術(shù)評(píng)估股內(nèi)側(cè)斜肌在髕股關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)中的功能變化及早期指導(dǎo)臨床治療是現(xiàn)階段研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文對(duì)股內(nèi)側(cè)斜肌在髕股關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)患者中的作用及相關(guān)影像學(xué)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Patellofemoral joint instability is common in young people, and many factors can lead to patellofemoral joint instability, among which the inconsistency between medial femoral muscle and lateral femoral muscle is one of the important reasons for the instability of patellofemoral joint. Patellofemoral joint instability will affect the biomechanical and functional state of the muscle, leading to clinical common patellofemoral joint pain. To evaluate the functional changes of medial oblique femoris in patellofemoral joint instability and to provide early guidance for clinical treatment is a hot topic at present. This article reviews the role of medial oblique femoris in patellofemoral joint instability and its imaging research progress.
