【摘要】：目的:探討MRI C線位掃描在顯示胎兒顱后窩池增寬的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法:采用Siemens Avanto1.5T超導(dǎo)磁共振掃描儀,對30例B超懷疑顱后窩池增寬的中、晚期孕婦進行MR常規(guī)及C線的掃描,分別測量常規(guī)橫斷位及C線位顱后窩池最大寬度值,與B超測量顱后窩池寬度值對照,分別采用配對t檢驗對最大寬度值進行比較;以B超結(jié)果為標準,分別記錄各組增寬例數(shù),對各組檢出率進行卡方檢驗。結(jié)果:B超測量顱后窩池平均寬度數(shù)值為(11.4±2.17)mm,常規(guī)橫斷位測出顱后窩池均值為(13.3±4.69)mm,而C線位測出顱后窩池寬度均值為(11.6±2.62)mm;常規(guī)橫斷位與B超測量值、C線測量值差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=2.386,2.308,P=0.024,0.0280.05),C線位與B超測量值常差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=0.54,P=0.5890.05)。以B超測量最大寬度值≥10mm來診斷顱后窩池增寬,B超增寬26例(87%),常規(guī)橫斷位增寬21例(70%),C線位增寬25例(83%),三者檢出率無顯著性差異(P=0.1260.05)。結(jié)論:以B超測量值為標準,C線位對顱后窩池增寬的測量值較常規(guī)橫斷位更具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of C-line MRI scan in displaying the enlargement of fetal posterior fossa cistern. Methods: Siemens Avanto 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance scanner was used to detect the maximum width of posterior fossa cistern in 30 cases of middle and late pregnant women with suspected enlargement of posterior fossa cistern by B ultrasound. Compared with the width of the posterior cranial fossa cistern measured by B-ultrasound, the maximum width was compared by paired t test, and the number of widening cases in each group was recorded according to the results of B-ultrasound, and the detection rate of each group was checked by chi-square test. Results: the mean width of posterior cranial fossa cistern was (11.4 鹵2.17) mm measured by B-ultrasound, the mean value of posterior fossa cistern was (13.3 鹵4.69) mm by conventional transection, and the mean width of posterior fossa cistern by C-line was (11.6 鹵2.62) mm. There was no significant difference between the C-line position and the measured value of B-ultrasound (t = 2.386 ~ 2.308U ~ (0.024) 0. 0280.05) (t = 0. 544 ~ 0. 5890.05), and there was no significant difference between the measured values of C line and B ultrasound (t = 0. 544).
