【摘要】：特發(fā)性震顫(essential tremor,ET)目前被認為是最常見的中樞源性運動障礙疾病,其病因、發(fā)病機制以及病理生理學改變目前尚不清楚。組織病理學檢查是揭示其病理生理學改變最有效的方法,然而ET患者尸檢率十分低下,以磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)為代表的無創(chuàng)檢查方法已成為研究其病理生理學改變的主要手段。本文將從MRI新技術,包括結構磁共振成像(structural MRI,sMRI)和功能磁共振成像(functional MRI,fMRI)兩個方面來綜述ET的研究進展。
[Abstract]:Essential tremort et is considered to be the most common disease of central motor disorders. The etiology, pathogenesis and pathophysiological changes are still unknown. Histopathological examination is the most effective method to reveal the pathophysiological changes. However, the autopsy rate of et patients is very low. The noninvasive method represented by (magnetic resonance imaging has become the main method to study the pathophysiological changes of et patients. This paper will review the progress of et in terms of new techniques, including structural magnetic resonance imaging (structural) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (functional).
