【摘要】：【目的】探討胃窗超聲造影在診斷進展期胃癌的應用價值�！痉椒ā炕仡櫺苑治�46例經胃鏡活檢或手術病理證實為進展期胃癌患者的胃窗超聲造影聲像圖,進行Borrmann分型,并與胃鏡檢查行自身對照�！窘Y果】胃窗超聲造影診斷進展期胃癌42例,誤診為單純性胃潰瘍2例,漏診2例,診斷符合率為91.30%,其中BorrmannⅠ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型分別為6、19、9、8例。胃鏡檢查診斷進展期胃癌44例,漏診2例,診斷符合率為95.65%�！窘Y論】胃窗超聲造影對進展期胃癌的診斷符合率高,可作為胃鏡的輔助檢查及進展期胃癌的初篩手段。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the value of gastric window contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer. [methods] Forty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer proved by gastroscopy biopsy or surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and Borrmann classification was performed. [results] 42 cases of advanced gastric cancer were diagnosed by gastroscopy, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as simple gastric ulcer, 2 cases were missed diagnosis, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 91.30%, among them, Borrmann 鈪，
