【摘要】：目的:探討彩色多普勒超聲對乳腺硬化性腺病與浸潤性癌的鑒別診斷價值。方法:回顧性分析經(jīng)病理診斷證實的110例乳腺硬化性腺病與102例浸潤性癌的超聲檢查結果,分析其圖像特征。結果:硬化性腺病大多表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)規(guī)則、邊界清晰、內(nèi)部回聲均勻、后方回聲未見明顯改變,彩色多普勒(CDFI)血流分級大多為0~I級,BI-RADS-US分級3級為主。浸潤性癌大多表現(xiàn)為形態(tài)不規(guī)則、邊界不清晰、內(nèi)部回聲不均勻、回聲內(nèi)部可見強回聲光點、后方回聲衰減,CDFI血流分級以Ⅱ~Ⅲ級為主,BI-RADS-US分級5~6級。結論:乳腺硬化性腺病與浸潤性癌可通過彩色多普勒超聲加以鑒別診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of breast sclerosing adenosis and invasive carcinoma. Methods: the ultrasonographic features of 110 cases of breast sclerosing adenosis and 102 cases of invasive carcinoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: most of sclerosing gonadosis showed regular morphology, clear boundary, homogeneous internal echo, no obvious change of posterior echo, and the color Doppler (CDFI) blood flow classification was mostly BI-RADS-US grade 3. Most invasive carcinomas were characterized by irregular shape, unclear boundary, uneven internal echo, strong echo light spots in the interior of echo, and CDFI blood flow grade of posterior echo attenuation and BI-RADS-US grade 5- 6. Conclusion: breast sclerosing adenosis and invasive carcinoma can be distinguished by color Doppler ultrasound.
