【摘要】：正患者,男,47歲。以右上腹部疼痛1周住院�；颊邿o黃染、發(fā)熱等癥狀,無腹水、食欲缺乏、消瘦、惡心、嘔吐等表現(xiàn)。查體:上腹部劍突下可觸及腫塊,無明顯壓痛,邊界尚清,固定,移動濁音陰性。既往無乙肝及肝硬化病史。檢驗肝腎功能、AFP及CEA等均無異常。行B超發(fā)現(xiàn)肝內(nèi)實性占位,內(nèi)有囊性變,CT平掃顯示:腫塊呈囊性低密度,中心可見不規(guī)則間隔,邊緣部可見乳頭狀或結(jié)節(jié)狀軟組織密度影。增強掃
[Abstract]:The patient is 47 years old. He was hospitalized with pain in the right epigastrium for 1 week. The patient had no symptoms such as yellow stain, fever, ascites, lack of appetite, weight loss, nausea, vomiting and so on. Body examination: the upper abdomen under the sword process can touch the mass, no obvious tenderness, the boundary is clear, fixed, movement turbid negative. No history of hepatitis B and cirrhosis. The liver and kidney function of AFP and CEA were not abnormal. B-mode ultrasonography showed intrahepatic solid mass, cystic change and CT plain scan: mass showed cystic low density, irregular septum in the center, papillary or nodular soft tissue density in the margin.
