【摘要】：目的探討血清妊娠相關(guān)蛋白A(PAPP-A)水平與冠狀動(dòng)脈斑塊穩(wěn)定性的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)96例不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛(UA)患者行虛擬組織學(xué)血管內(nèi)超聲(VH-IVUS)檢查,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測(cè)定血清PAPP-A水平。結(jié)果根據(jù)VH-IVUS結(jié)果,將患者分為薄帽纖維粥樣硬化(TCFA)組和非TCFA組,TCFA組患者PAPP-A水平高于非TCFA組患者。PAPP-A水平≥11.0mIU/L(OR=4.564,P=0.002)和壞死核心體積百分比(OR=1.144,P=0.029)是TCFA的獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)因素。結(jié)論血清PAPP-A水平與TCFA有相關(guān)。PAPP-A水平≥11.0mIU/L和壞死核心體積百分比是TCFA的獨(dú)立預(yù)測(cè)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum pregnancy-associated protein (PAPP-A) and coronary plaque stability. Methods 96 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAA) were examined by virtual histologic intravascular ultrasound (VH-IVUS) and the serum PAPP-A levels were measured by Elisa (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay).
