基于單片機的功能磁共振同步器的設計

【摘要】:目的設計一種處理功能磁共振成像(f MRI)同步輸出信號的同步器,對其解決同步問題的性能進行鑒定。方法f MRI在采集圖像數(shù)據(jù)時,有兩種同步信號輸出方式:其一,采集一幅完整腦圖時,每采集一層圖像輸出一個同步方波信號;其二,采集完一幅腦圖輸出一個同步信號。首先設定一幅完整腦圖的采集層數(shù),也稱同步參數(shù)(SP);然后采集第一種同步方波信號,用單片機外部中斷方法對第一種同步方波信號的上升沿計數(shù),并保持初始輸出為高電平;直到最后一層腦圖時,將輸出信號置為低電平并延時一段時間。結果同步器成功將第一種同步方波信號處理成第二種同步信號;matlab編程串口程序自動化設定SP,通過串口傳輸至單片機;結果表明該同步器可自動化設置SP。結論設計的同步器能使某類功能磁共振輸出同步信號的同步問題得以解決,設備兼容性得到提升,其自動化設置SP,可減少醫(yī)護人員的工作量。
[Abstract]:Aim to design a synchronizer for synchronous output signal processing of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and evaluate its performance in solving synchronization problem. Methods when collecting image data, there are two kinds of synchronous signal output modes: one is to output a synchronous square wave signal for each layer of image, and the other is to output a synchronous signal when a whole brain image is collected. The first synchronous square wave signal is collected, the rise edge of the first synchronous square wave signal is counted by the external interrupt method of the single chip microcomputer, and the initial output is kept at a high level. Set the output signal to a low level and delay for a while until the last layer of brain image. Results the first kind of synchronous square wave signal was successfully processed into the second kind of synchronous signal programmed by MATLAB to set up SPs automatically and transmitted to single chip microcomputer through serial port. The result shows that the synchronizer can automatically set up SPs. Conclusion the designed synchronizer can solve the synchronization problem of a kind of functional magnetic resonance output synchronous signal and improve the compatibility of the equipment. The automatic setting of SPs can reduce the workload of medical staff.
