【摘要】：目的總結(jié)兒童消化道畸形的超聲特點,探討超聲對不同消化道畸形的診斷價值。方法對我院臨床疑似消化道畸形10 185例患兒進行的超聲檢查,與手術(shù)病理結(jié)果相對照,計算超聲診斷的靈敏度、特異度及Kappa值等。結(jié)果超聲檢查10 185例疑似消化道畸形的兒童,1 531例經(jīng)手術(shù)或病理證實為消化道畸形。超聲靈敏度86.73%、特異度97.12%、診斷符合率95.52%,Kappa值0.84a。結(jié)論超聲對各種兒童消化道畸形的診斷符合率較高,特別對在幽門肥厚性狹窄、腸旋轉(zhuǎn)不良、膽總管囊腫等疾病的診斷具有不可替代的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the ultrasonic features of digestive tract malformation in children and to explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in different alimentary tract malformations. Methods 10 185 children with suspected alimentary tract malformation were examined by ultrasound. The sensitivity, specificity and Kappa value of ultrasonic diagnosis were calculated compared with the results of operation and pathology. Results 1 531 children with suspected alimentary tract malformation were proved to be alimentary tract malformations by operation or pathology. The sensitivity of ultrasound was 86.73 and the specificity was 97.12. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.52 and the Kappa value was 0.84a. Conclusion Ultrasound has an irreplaceable advantage in the diagnosis of digestive tract malformation in children, especially in the diagnosis of pyloric hypertrophic stenosis, intestinal malrotation and choledochal cyst.
