【摘要】：正患兒男,17歲,主因"左耳前包塊10月余"入院。查體:左側耳屏前方可觸及約2.0cm×1.0cm包塊,質(zhì)硬,表面光滑,活動度差,無壓痛。超聲:左側腮腺區(qū)1.62cm×0.89cm低回聲包塊,外形欠規(guī)則,邊界清,內(nèi)見少許鈣化;CDFI可見較豐富血流信號(圖1A、1B);彈性成像分級為Ⅳ級(圖1C)。周邊未見明顯腫大淋巴結。超聲診斷:左側腮腺區(qū)占位,腮腺混合瘤可能性大。腫瘤切除術中見該包塊位于皮下,界限清楚,與腮腺無關聯(lián)。病理診斷:毛母質(zhì)細胞瘤。
