【摘要】：正患者女,51歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)右乳腫塊1個(gè)月,增大1周。體查:右乳外上象限可捫及一約7cm×7cm大小腫塊,質(zhì)地硬,邊界清,無(wú)壓痛,活動(dòng)度差,與周圍組織無(wú)粘連,皮膚無(wú)紅腫、發(fā)熱。超聲檢查:右乳外側(cè)及外上象限可見一囊實(shí)混合回聲包塊,邊界清,形態(tài)欠規(guī)則,大小約15cm×12cm×6mm(圖1)。雙側(cè)腋窩未見明顯腫大淋巴結(jié)。CDFI:右乳混合回聲包塊實(shí)性部分可見點(diǎn)條狀血彩(圖2)。超聲提示:右乳囊實(shí)包塊。行右乳癌改良根治術(shù)。術(shù)中冰凍切片
[Abstract]:The patient was 51 years old. The right breast mass was found for 1 month and enlarged for 1 week. Physical examination showed that the upper quadrant of right mammary was palpable to a mass of about 7cm 脳 7cm size, with hard texture, clear boundary, no tenderness, poor mobility, no adhesion with surrounding tissues, no redness and swelling of the skin, and fever. Ultrasound examination showed a mixed echo mass in the lateral and outer quadrant of the right mammary, with clear boundary and irregular shape, about 15cm 脳 12cm 脳 6mm (Fig. 1). Bilateral axillary lymph nodes. CDFI: mixed right mammary echo mass solid part can be seen spot blood color (Fig. 2). Ultrasound: right mammary sac solid mass.
