與皮層相關腦轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的分型及定義——應用3D MPRAGE雙倍Gadobutrol劑量延遲增強掃描技術

【摘要】:目的:應用3D MPRAGE雙倍Gadobutrol延遲增強掃描技術對與皮層相關腦轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的分型及定義。方法 :回顧性分析經(jīng)本院病理證實腦轉(zhuǎn)移瘤患者25例,所有患者均行常規(guī)軸位T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR及3D MPRAGE序列延遲增強掃描。在3D MPRAGE增強掃描圖像上對轉(zhuǎn)移瘤進行分型及定義,分三型:Ⅰ型為轉(zhuǎn)移瘤完全位于腦皮層內(nèi),瘤體直徑小于皮層寬度。Ⅱ型轉(zhuǎn)移瘤邊緣緊鄰腦皮層邊緣。Ⅲ型為轉(zhuǎn)移瘤橫跨在腦皮髓交界區(qū),侵入髓質(zhì)內(nèi)。結(jié)果:應用3D MPRAGE雙倍劑量Gadobutrol延遲增強技術發(fā)現(xiàn)與皮層相關轉(zhuǎn)移瘤121個,Ⅰ型病灶6個,Ⅱ型病灶10個,Ⅲ型病灶105個,Ⅲ型占總比例的95.7%,轉(zhuǎn)移瘤直徑與分型呈正相關rs=0.441,P0.05。結(jié)論:根據(jù)3D MPRAGE雙倍Gadobutrol延遲增強掃描技術可以顯示腦皮層與轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的關系,與皮層有關的轉(zhuǎn)移瘤分為三型。Ⅲ型明顯多于Ⅰ和Ⅱ型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the classification and definition of cortical related brain metastases by using 3D MPRAGE double-fold Gadobutrol delayed enhanced scan. Methods: Twenty-five patients with brain metastases confirmed by pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
