【摘要】：腺樣囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)發(fā)病率較低,常見于頭頸部唾液腺惡性腫瘤中,可手術(shù)的患者手術(shù)治療加術(shù)后放療效果尚可,對(duì)于無法手術(shù)的患者單純光子線放療效果不理想。碳離子具有優(yōu)于常規(guī)光子線的放射物理學(xué)和生物學(xué)特性,有利于對(duì)腫瘤的控制和正常組織的保護(hù)。目前全世界范圍內(nèi)可以開展碳離子治療的單位不多,主要集中在德國(guó)、日本、美國(guó)以及中國(guó)上海,治療的方式主要包括碳離子單獨(dú)應(yīng)用治療ACC、碳離子與調(diào)強(qiáng)放射治療(IMRT)聯(lián)合治療ACC、碳離子治療復(fù)發(fā)的ACC、碳離子治療年幼的ACC患者以及正在研究的碳離子放療與靶向藥物及化療的聯(lián)合,此類研究可以證實(shí)碳離子在臨床應(yīng)用的有效性及安全性。
[Abstract]:The incidence of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACCs) is relatively low, and it is common in malignant tumors of head and neck. The operative treatment plus postoperative radiotherapy is good, but the effect of simple photon line radiotherapy is not ideal for the patients who can not be operated on. Carbon ions have better radiophysical and biological properties than conventional photon lines, which is beneficial to tumor control and normal tissue protection. At present, there are not many units around the world that can carry out carbon-ion therapy, mainly concentrated in Germany, Japan, the United States and Shanghai, China. The main methods of treatment include the treatment of ACC-alone, the combination of carbon-ion therapy with IMRTACC, the treatment of recurrent ACCs with carbon-ion therapy, the treatment of young patients with carbon-ion therapy, and the study of carbon-ion radiotherapy and targeting. Combination of drugs and chemotherapy, Such studies can confirm the efficacy and safety of carbon ions in clinical applications.
